It does too little damage to really hurt an opponent. For 2 resources cost i expect a little more bang!! for my buck. Especially now the cost of most creatures has been reduced. Either decrease it cost or more desirable increase the bang or even better make it unstable (goes well with the story) in the last case i would raise the cost a litte bit though.
